The Method

  • A tripartite contract is established between the sponsor (company), the coachee and the coach

  • Goals and success metrics are defined prior to coaching

  • End-of-programm review session with the coachee, the manager and the coach to evaluate progress and outcomes

  • 8 to 12 sessions for each coaching programm

  • Each session lasts 2 hours

  • Sessions scheduled over a period of 6 to 9 months

  • Each session is interleaves with personal homework

  • Strictly confidential personal interviews

  • All our coaches are certified & supervised
